Shyam Shah Medical College (SSMC) Rewa Internship provides an incredible one-year rotating internship opportunity for students who have just finished their medical education. The goal of the internship is to prepare graduates for independent practice as well as for postgraduate entrance exams. Interns complete rotations in each of the major departments at the college (General Medicine, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Orthopedics, ENT, Eye, Psychiatry, Emergency Medicine, and Community Health), with the expectation that every intern will rotate through all departments.
