The FMGE Exam gives eligible candidates 2 opportunities every year to get their certification. It has 300 MCQs divided into 2 sections, A and B. Each section has 150 questions. Candidates get 2 hours and 30 minutes for each section. In this exam, candidates get one mark for each correct answer. To qualify, candidates are required to score at least 150 marks, which is 50% of the total marks.
The National Board of Examinations confirmed that the entire exam pattern stays the same, but there is a significant change in how questions will appear. The latest update says the FMGE question paper will now have 3 time-limited sections: Part A, Part B, and Part C.
Each part will have 50 MCQs, and candidates will have 50 minutes to complete each one. This update makes time management a significant part of doing well on the FMGE Exam. To get prepared for this new change, candidates attempting the exam should work on answering 50 questions in 50 minutes.
