2. NEET UG 2026 Score Card (Rank Letter) – Candidates must provide the rank letter generated by the National Testing Agency after the declaration of the NTA NEET Result. A printed copy downloaded from the official website is required during the admission process.
3. Proof of Date of Birth – 2 accepted forms of proof. Certificate from 10th Board (CBSE, ICSE).
4. 12TH Marks & Passing Certificate – This must be the original marksheet issued to students by a recognized board (CBSE, ICSE, or State Board). A Migration certificate is required when a student moves from one board/university to another.
5. Provisional Allotment Letter – Candidates must present a copy of the allotment letter when presenting their application.
6. Identification Proof (Only one required):

• Aadhaar Card
• Passport
• PAN Card
• Driving Licence
• Voter ID Card

7. Recent Passport Size — The photos must have a white background, with the face clearly visible and prominent. Wearing hats or goggles is not permitted.

8. Caste Certificate (if applicable)—Candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC-NCL and EWS should obtain a caste certificate from the competent authority of their State Government as per rules.
9. PwD certificate (if applicable) — The PwD certificate must be issued by the authority designated under Section 48 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
10. Domicile/Residence Certificate — Candidates must produce a domicile certificate or residence certificate issued by the competent authority of the State of domicile for the purpose of claiming the State quota seat.
11. Migration Certificate (if applicable)—Candidates who have obtained their Education from a board outside their State of domicile or State of Education in India and candidates migrating from one university/college to another university must obtain a migration certificate.
12. Transfer Certificate—All students must get a TC from the last educational institution attended before joining the college allotted.
13. Character Certificate — Students must obtain a character certificate from the Principal/Head/Authorized Person of the last educational institution attended within the preceding six months.
14. Medical Fitness Certificate — A Medical Fitness Certificate to be obtained from a Medical Practitioner (MD/DNB).

Important Information: Photocopies must be self-attested; if documents are in a regional language, then an English-translated version must be provided.

Documents for NRI/OCI Candidates During NEET Counselling

NRI quota is available in NEET counselling and requires additional documentation; therefore, applicants must supply supplementary materials that will be added to the list of necessary documents for MCC counselling. For NRI/OCI applicants, NRI sponsorship documents are required and fall under a separate category of documentation.

If you are an NRI or OCI applicant using the NRI quota, you will need to submit the following documentation with your application:

• An NRI Sponsorship Affidavit: A notarized affidavit from your parent or guardian, or individual sponsoring you, confirming they will be financially responsible for your education.
• Sponsor’s Passport Copy: A valid copy of your NRI Sponsor’s Passport and proof of residency visa (if applicable) to show their NRI status.
• Relationship Affidavit: A notarized document confirming the relationship you have with your NRI sponsor, i.e., parent-child relationship, etc.
• An NRI Embassy Certificate: An official NRI status certificate from the Indian Embassy of Residence verifying your NRI sponsor’s NRI status.

Left-hand thumb impression must be clear, dark, and created on paper using an ink pad. 

• Format = JPG/JPEG
• Size = 10KB to 200KB

General Upload Guidelines:

• Missing Migration/Transfer Certificate: Many candidates fail to submit these because they have completed their studies at a different state board.
• Expired Category Certificates: OBC-NCL, SC, ST and EWS category certificate types must be current; otherwise, your category certificate will not be accepted.
• PwD Certificates from an Unauthorized Source: PwD certificates must be issued by the prescribed authority under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Act, 2016).
