NMC Deadline Alert: Medical Colleges Must Upload NEET-PG 2025 Admission Data by April 8

NMC Deadline Alert: Medical Colleges Must Upload NEET-PG 2025 Admission Data by April 8

As per the NMC guidelines, all medical colleges must upload the details of students admitted through NEET-PG 2025 on the official NMC online registration system before the final deadline of April 8, 2026. Only those students whose data is submitted by their respective colleges within this deadline will be reflected on the NMC’s official website.

These instructions were provided by the National Medical Commission’s (NMC) PG Board in a notice dated March 30th, 2026, and thereafter, through an official NMC notice from the NMC’s Secretary – Dr. Raghav Langer on April 1st 2026 which has been sent out to each of the PG Medical Colleges, the Schools’ Registrars, the Deans, the Executive Deans and to each of the State Medical Boards (i.e., directors of medical education).

There is no extension of the April 8th, 2026 deadline. The submission window will close after this deadline, and no further entries will be accepted. Not having your student record submitted to the Online Registration System will mean that you will not have your name appear on the NMC’s official website for the academic year of 2025-26.

What Is Expected From Your PG Medical College?

If your School accepted students into the PG Program at your College (e.g., not just the M.D., but the D.M. as well as the M.Ch. PG medical courses) based upon your scores via NEET-PG 2025 admissions, then the College must log onto NMC’s Student Admissions Online Monitoring System and input the demographic/original ad & admitted student data for each of the admitted students. This requirement is for all Schools (including PG Schools as defined by NMC) and cannot be ignored.

NMC has specified very clearly that no hard copy or paper documents will be required to be sent. Any online submissions will be final, and any submissions not made online before the 8th of April will simply not be accepted.

Step-by-step instructions on how to log in and input the required data:

  • Step 1: Go to the NMC website: www.nmc.org.in
  • Step 2: Log in to the “College Login” section or go to nmc.org.in/ActivitiWebClient/login
  • Step 3: Enter your current Unique Login ID and Password. NOTE: both are case sensitive
  • Step 4: If you can’t remember your password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen
  • Step 5: Complete the required information of any students who may have been admitted through NEET-PG 2025 and submit before the 8th of April
  • Step 6: If you have trouble logging in, please email support. pgmonitoring@nmc.org.in

Why Does This Matter For Students?

While your college is responsible for entering your details, the impact of their failure lies primarily with you. If your college fails to submit the required information before the 8th of April, you will not appear on the NMC website. This could create verification-related issues in the future when the NMC records are used/checked.
